2-Bag Air Suspension Kit

Level the load
A full build, water tank and gear put the rear axle near its limit. Air springs bring the back of the van up to level so headlights, steering and braking behave the way they should.
Adjust to the day
Add air for a loaded trip, let it out for an empty run back. The springs carry the difference so the factory leafs aren't doing all the work.
Bolt-on install
The DuraLife kit mounts to factory points with brackets made for the Sprinter frame. No drilling into the chassis.

Find your version
T1N is 2002–06, NCV3 is 2007–18, VS30 is 2019 on. The model number (2500 or 3500) is on the driver's door jamb label.

Install overview
- 01Support the frame on stands and unload the rear axle.
- 02Mount the upper brackets to the factory frame points.
- 03Seat the air springs and fit the lower brackets to the axle.
- 04Route the air lines and mount the inflation valves.
- 05Torque to spec, inflate and check for leaks.
Common questions
Do I need an onboard compressor?
No. Fill the springs at the inflation valves with any tire compressor. You can add an onboard compressor later if you want to adjust from the cab.
Will this lift my van?
It restores ride height that a load takes away. It is not a lift kit.
Does it fit 4x4 models?
Yes. NCV3 and VS30 4x4 vans are covered. Use the fitment table to pick the right SKU.
Can I install it at home?
Most owners install it in a driveway with jack stands and hand tools. The install guide lists every tool and torque value.
